Find your place at Cardo.
Cardo's founding class will be small by design, with room for families who want to help shape it.
Is Cardo right for your family?
We look for families who believe learning and movement belong together. The admissions conversation is how we find out whether Cardo fits your child.
Families who believe academic excellence and athletic development strengthen each other, and who want a school built around both.
Students who are curious and motivated, and who want to be challenged in the classroom and on the field.
Families who want to be genuine partners in their child's education, engaged and present in the Cardo community.
Students who want to play any sport, or no sport at all. Soccer isn't a requirement. The General Athlete Track and Discovery movement curriculum welcome athletes of every background and interest.
Families from all backgrounds and income levels. Need-based tuition assistance is available to families who qualify.
What's available at launch.
Cardo opens with a deliberately small founding class across both academies. One grade is added each year, so every cohort has the full, undivided attention of our faculty.
PreK – 5th Grade
All Discovery cohorts open Fall 2027. Dismissal is staggered by grade, from 2:15 for PreK to 5:00 for grades 4 and 5. Optional extended care and soccer camps available through 6:00 PM at additional cost.
6th Grade · Founding Cohort
The Preparatory Academy opens with 6th grade only in Fall 2027. Families enrolling now grow with Cardo through graduation.
What Cardo costs, and how aid works.
Exact tuition is confirmed during the admissions conversation. The ranges below give families an honest sense of what to expect.
PreK – 5th Grade
Varies by grade level. Tuition includes the full academic program and movement curriculum. Extended care and after-school soccer camps are available at additional cost.
6th – 12th Grade
Varies by grade level and athletic track. Tuition covers academics and athletic training, with college counseling from 9th grade.
Families paying for a private school and competitive club soccer separately often spend $23,000 to $36,000 or more a year. Cardo's tuition covers both, in one price.
Need-based tuition assistance is available to families who qualify, because Cardo's founding belief is that talent and drive should determine a student's access to this program. We welcome every family to apply, whatever your financial situation. Sibling discounts are also available.
Simple. Personal. Designed to find the right fit.
Cardo's admissions process is a conversation, designed to help families understand whether Cardo is the right place for their child, and to help us understand whether their family is the right fit for Cardo.
Inquiry
Submit the inquiry form below. Tell us about your child, the grade level you're interested in, and what draws you to Cardo. This is the start of a conversation.
Information Session Invitation
Inquiring families are invited to one of our information sessions, a chance to meet the Cardo founders and team, ask questions, and get a real sense of what the Cardo day looks and feels like. Sessions are small by design. Every family gets time with the people who built this school.
Application
Families who wish to proceed complete a short application, including a student questionnaire for older children and a family statement. We're looking for families who want school and sport to work together.
Family Conversation
Every applicant family has a direct conversation with a member of the Cardo leadership team. Both sides use it to decide whether Cardo fits. We want families to leave certain that Cardo is the right place for their child before they commit.
Enrollment & Deposit
Accepted families confirm their place with an enrollment agreement and deposit. Founding class spots are reserved on a first-come basis following acceptance, and early inquiry families receive priority throughout the process.
When to apply.
Founding enrollment is rolling. Spots are filled as families complete the process. Early inquiry is strongly encouraged.
